• You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI models
• You must maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer weekly subscription plans (Basic and Pro). Subscriptions automatically renew every week unless canceled.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of your initial subscription. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 7-day period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period.

5. Credits System

Our service uses a credit-based system. Credits reset weekly based on your subscription plan:

• Free Plan: 5 credits per week
• Basic Plan: 100 credits per week
• Pro Plan: 1500 credits per week

Each image generation costs 2 credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next week.

6. Content Policy

You agree not to use our service to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, harassing, or harmful
• Contains illegal or prohibited content
• Attempts to impersonate real individuals without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Generated Content

You own the rights to images generated using our service, subject to these Terms. Paid plans include a commercial license allowing commercial use of generated content.

7.2 Service Intellectual Property

The AI OFM platform, including all software, algorithms, and technology, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use of generated content
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of data or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
